1 . Wash your hands for 40-60 seconds before handling the mask.
2. Touch only the ear adapters.
3. Put it over your nose and mouth.
4 . Pass the adapter behind your ears.
5 . Pinch the nose clip to tighten it to the nose.
6 . Avoid touching the outside of the mask. If you do, wash your hands before and after.
7 . Before you take off your mask, wash your hands.
8 . Remove the mask by touching only the ear adapters.
9 . Machine wash at 60ºC without using bleach. Leave to dry without using a dryer.
